Item Description
1986 Ford model 1510, 4 X 4, 3 cylinder diesel, 3 X 4, 12 speed transmission, 3 point hitch, 540 pto, shows 580 hours, tractor runs well foot hand and foot throttle. Four wheel drive, hydraulic lift, and pto work well. Tires are all good. Very good tractor used very little over the years. Replaced with a new tractor and no longer need. Tractor listed as 22 horsepower on tractor data.com. No attachments go with the tractor. Nottingham Township is not responsible for errors in listing, although it is believed to all be correct. Tractor always kept indoors and serviced annually. Nice tractor with many years of service left.
Hour meter on tractor is working and 580 hours are correct.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
