Item Description
Washington Township is offering to the highest bidder a well maintained MF Tractor Model 4243, with boom mower attachment. The tractor is in good working condition. We purchased the machine and equipment brand new in 2001. The AC was recently overhauled and works perfectly and has been a good machine for the Township.Tires are in reasonable condition. It did have a power broom attached to the front, but that will NOT be included, but could be added at the buyer's expense with the proper purchased equipment in the future if you so desire.

It must be paid for within five days of Councils awarding of the bid and picked up at your expense within ten days of the official award. Payment must be in cash or certified check. Official awarding of the bid will be June 19, 2018. You are welcome to inspect the items at our location during regular business hours M-F 7:00 am until 3:00 pm if you call ahead to schedule the viewing. What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
