Item Description
Offered for auction to highest bidder is a Flex-Y-Plan Office Furniture U-shaped modular workstation with Office Chair. The workstation is of high quality construction and very durable. The desk and overhead storage modules are in excellent condition with no apparent blemishes. The chair is in very good condition with minimal wear. Additional information offered below:
The workstation consists of multiple sections fastened together to form a “U” shaped workstation. As currently configured in the attached photos, the left-most piece measures 24” Deep X 42” Wide with two metal file drawers mounted on the inside left. Adjacent to this section is a 36” Deep X 36” Wide corner piece. To the right of the first corner section is a 24” Deep X 42” Wide worksurface, followed by another 36” Deep X 36” Wide corner section, and another 24” Deep X 42” Wide worksurface with two metal desk drawers and a file drawer mounted on the right side. An additional 24” Deep X 60” Wide worksurface is included with this set (see photo). Two overhead storage modules measuring 42” Wide each are also included. The overhead storage modules includes a single shelf and flipper door but can be lifted off of the work surface if the buyer wishes to place the workstation under a window. The storage modules also comes with a fabric tack board. All vertical surfaces are “tranquility gray” laminate while the horizontal surfaces and flipper doors are “blueberry matrix” laminate. Each of the individual worksurface components can be disassembled and reconfigured to fit your office space.
A desk chair with arms in a solid purple fabric is included to complete the office workstation.

All items must be removed by purchaser within 5 business days of auction end date. - Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
