Item Description
Offered for auction to highest bidder is a Flex-Y-Plan Office Furniture corner workstation with desk chair. The workstation is of high quality construction and very durable. The desk and overhead storage module are in excellent condition with no apparent blemishes. The desk chair is in very good condition with minimal wear. Additional information offered below:
The workstation consists of two horizontal worksurfaces: The left side measures 20” Deep X 48” Wide with two desk drawers and a file drawer mounted below it on the left side. Adjacent to this section in an “L” shape is another worksurface measuring 30” Deep X 60” Wide, with two file drawers mounted below it on the right side. An overhead storage module measuring 60” wide sits on this worksurface but can be relocated if desired. The overhead storage module includes a single shelf and flipper door, with fabric tack board. All vertical surfaces are “tranquility gray” laminate while the horizontal surfaces and flipper doors are “blueberry matrix” laminate.
A desk chair with arms in a solid purple fabric is included to complete the office workstation.
Lot 8 matches Lots 7 and 9 offered for sale in two separate auctions on this website. Lot 8 is depicted in the attached rendering on the opposite side of Lot 7 (“u”-shaped workstation) to form two semi-private workstations if the 60” horizontal workstations and overhead storage modules are mounted back-to-back.
All items are offered for sale “AS IS WHERE IS’ with no warranty or guaranty expressed or implied. All prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the furniture or ask questions before bidding. All items must be removed by purchaser within 5 business days of auction end date. Please contact Gene, 215-836-7606 x 1305 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a pick up time between the hours of 8 AM to 1 PM. - Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
