The item may be picked up at the Plumville Sewage Treatment Plant, 14938 Route 954 HWY, Beyer, PA 16211.

Indiana County Municipal Services Authority, (ICMSA) as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to property offered for sale. 2011 Ford F 150 is offered for sale "AS IS".
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between bidder and Authority. Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or ICMSA reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Indiana County Municipal Services Authority in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to “ICMSA”, 602 Kolter Drive, Indiana, PA 15701. The successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Please note, upon removal of the property all sales are final. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. ICMSA reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of its choice.
Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the 2011 Ford F 150. Delivery is not available. ICMSA not responsible for the 2011 Ford F 150 once it has left ICMSA's property.
The 20011 Ford F 150 may be picked up at the Creekside Sewage Treatment Plant located at 5360 Route 954 Hwy. Creekside , PA15732.

Steering wheel is just turned that way. Vehicle had superficial damage after a minor accident but was driven for several months before new vehicles were purchased. You are welcome to come and examine the vehicle at your convenience.

Damage was just to headlight and bumper. Bumper is pushed in. Vehicle has a clear title.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
