Item Description
The City of Williamsport is offering a 2002 FORD Crown Vic used by Code Enforcement. The car was purchased new and used by the Police Dept. before being transferred to the Codes Dept.
The car runs good, tires and brakes are like new. Everything works including AC and all windows. Front seats are cloth, back seats are vinyl. Interior is in fair condition, with holes from mounting police equipment etc.
Photo's show condition including the passenger side rust on the rocker panel. The passenger side wheel well had body work done to it as well.
Mileage is 130436 on a 4.6 liter engine. Engine hours are not tracked on this model year.
Payment is to be made by certified check only.
Buyer has 10 days from auction end date to pick up the car.
Title must be transferred by buyer at time of pick up unless other arrangements are made with Lt. Helm in the Police Dept.
The car is sold as is, no warranty in any way. Bidders are encouraged to make an on site inspection prior to bidding.
Inspection can be scheduled by calling Dale at Public Works, (570) 326-4684 M-F 7-3.
This car runs fine and is drivable off the lot, but is NOT INSPECTED due to rust on the rockers.
The photo's of the car were taken while it was on a lift to allow for the rust to be photographed.
All vehicle service records are available to the buyer.
Car is not inspected.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
