The successful bidder shall make payable to the Town of Norwood in the form of a certified check, bank check, or money order for the full amount of his/her bid no later than seven (7) calendar days from the date of award.
Item Description
The Norwood Board of Health has one (1) Tuttnauer Valueklave #1730 Sterilizer (dental) with chamber brite (cleaning pellets) available for auction. This item was purchased in 2016. The item is in working condition. Award will be made to the bidder which offers the highest bid amount and at least meets the minimum asking price. Payment shall be made within seven (7) calendar days of notice of award. The successful bidder shall be responsible for removing the item within seven (7) calendar days of the notice of award. The Town will NOT ship this item; it is the responsibility of the successful bidder to pickup the item. The item is sold AS IS, AS SOLD, with no warranty offered or implied. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any defect or irregularities as to form. Payment shall be made in certified check, bank check or money order. No cash or personal checks will be accepted. Certificate of non-collusion must be signed and submitted with bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
