Item Description
This Sport utility SUV is for sale with approximately 145,000 miles. It was being used as a patrol vehicle until recently replaced by a new vehicle. Power windows, locks, power driver's side seat, AC, AM/FM/CD. Inspection good until June 2018. All police equipment, light bars, decals WILL BE REMOVED prior to sale of vehicle. Inspection of vehicle on site at Colebrookdale Township, 765 W. Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown, Pa 19512 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday by appointment by calling the Police office at 610-367-5550.
Colebrookdale Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and does not provide any guarantees and/or warranties relative to the vehicle being sold. The vehicle is being sold "AS IS". Payment must be made with CASH, MONEY ORDER OR CERTIFIED CHECK at time of pickup. There are no refunds. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the Notification of Award. Winning bidder is responsible for title transfer costs and transportation costs for pickup of this vehicle. Winning bid will be awarded at Board of Commissioners meeting to be held on August 21, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. and the winning bidder will be notified by the Colebrookdale Township Manager the following day.

Interior photos are uploaded. Please note that after all police equipment is removed there will be holes left where equipment was bolted and attached to the interior frame of the vehicle.

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
