Item Description
The City of Williamsport is selling (5) 3" pumps used by flood control. The pumps are stored inside and all ran when they were stored. The Streets & Parks employees will start them next week to verify that they all run.
Engines are 7HP and appear to be Briggs and Stratton brand.
Some hoses are included, including pick up and discharge hoses.
Items must be removed within 5 days of auction end due to the building being demolished soon.

The mechanic sprayed a quick shot of ether in the carburetor and they fired right up. Several of the pumps had debris in the impellers that needed to be cleaned out before the engine would spin over. They all appear to be functional.
