Item Description
Up for Auction are 2 used Amana wall mount 14,200 air conditioning units with auxiliary heat. . I have included a picture of the tag on units to show voltage and amperage as well as other information. One unit runs and cools and heats as it should. Other runs and heats but is apparently in need of freon. They are dusty from sitting in building upgrade.. They were ran on 230 volt electric and plug is pictured to show what receptacle is required. The units were replaced with a larger central air heat pump unit so have become surplus. Units are 42.1 wide 21.5 deep and 16.1 high. Units sold as is where is. No warranty expressed or implied.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
