General Bid Criteria
Brodhead Creek Regional Authority (BCRA) as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property being offered for sale. All items are being sold on an “As is” basis with no Warrantees or Guarantees to the successful bidder. Therefore, for your own protection, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect the equipment prior to placing a bid.
Please be aware that by placing a bid, you are creating a legally binding contract between the Buyer and Seller. All equipment being offered for sale is owned by BCRA. Inspection of equipment may occur on the date and time posted within the listing. Payment in full of Awarded Materials are expected no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award and pickup of Awarded Materials must be within thirty (30) calendar days of Notice of Award. BCRA reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder if payment and pick-up are not completed within the timeline stipulated.
The successful bidder shall make payment to the Brodhead Creek Regional Authority in the form of cash, Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, or Money Order, made payable to the Brodhead Creek Regional Authority, 410 Mill Creek Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Once an award is made to the successful bidder, the successful bidder shall then be responsible for removal of awarded materials within the previously stipulated timeframes. No deliveries are available.

Based on the last service record, the run time is approximately 500 hours. The batteries (which are new) were remove when the unit was taken out of service two months ago. We will have the exact hours on May 19th, 10am, at the buyer demonstration run.
