Item Description
Parties interested in inspecting the vehicle prior to bidding should contact Ira Dutter, Superintendent of Public Works, at 610-644-1819 to make arranagements. Vehicle will be available for inspection Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Bid to be awarded at the April 4, 2017 meeting of Malvern Borough Council. This vehicle is being offered on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis, with buyer responsible for title transfer fee. Payment is required within ten (10) days of award. The Borough of Malvern reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
