"What's to stop a person buying it stripping it and selling off everything good and then waking away from with a profit? " - Asked by #561586 03/03/2017 09:51 AM |
A: |
Please look at the terms and conditions for this bid. It's noted that the successful bidder must post 100% payment and 100% Performance bonds in an amount of at least 100K for this project and sale. That was one of the intent's of requiring bonding, so situations like you have described do not occur. Thank you for your question and god luck bidding.
