Item Description
East Brandywine Township is offering this 1995 Chevrolet C/K 3500 w/ Plow for sale via electronic auction. This truck does start, and will drive right off of the lot. There is currently 61,258 miles on the truck. The plow is also in working condition and will be able to operate as soon as the truck is driven off of the lot.
East Brandywine Township does not provide any guaranties and/or warranties relative to the items being sold. Thus, the items offered on an "AS IS - WHERE IS" basis. East Brandywine Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.

The door decals have now been removed using a heat gun. Photos showing the appearance of the door panels since this work have been uploaded to the photo gallery (see last two images).

Please see the attached maintenance records in PDF format. There is an invoice dated 04/18/2016 (page 3 of the PDF) indicating repair work was done on the left front floorboard. The Township is not aware of any additional issues. The vehicle is available for inspection at 1214 Horseshoe Pike, Downingtown, PA 19335.

The Township is not aware of any cracks in the truck's frame. However, in the interest of full disclosure, please note that during a recent showing of the vehicle for this auction a potential bidder stated his opinion that weld repairs would be necessary to the subframe under the dump bed.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
