Item Description

This is a 2022 Home trailer made by Clayton. Our fire department used this as a live in quarters for 2 years while the firehouse was being renovated. This trailer is in great condition and everything is in working order. All plumbing has been winterized. It features an electric forced air heating system and A/C. The setup of this trailer has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry area, open kitchen concept with an island, and living room area. The kitchen comes with an electric stove with hood and a refrigerator, all in good working condition. The master bedroom has two closets and is connected to the master bathroom which has 2 sinks. The other two bedrooms each have one closet.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
