The successful bidder will be required to submit a certified check or money order in the amount of 10% of the bid and payable to Warwick Township Municipal Authority by 12:00PM on June 4, 2024. The Warwick Township Municipal Authority Board will vote on the winning bid at their regular monthly meeting scheduled on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 7:00 PM. The successful bidder will be notified on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, of the Board's decision. The balance of the purchase price will need to be paid at the time of the acquisition of the equipment in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to Warwick Township Municipal Authority. The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs/labor associated with the transfer of the equipment from our location. Warwick Township Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please note, this equipment is being sold AS IS and no warranty is implied or expressed by Warwick Township Municipal Authority.

Item Description

Warwick Township Municipal Authority is selling a 1980 Empire Genset Generator, Model 220DJW-8E, which features 22kw, 3 Phase, 60 hertz, 66 amps, and 120/240 voltage. In addition, the generator includes a Perkins 3.152 3-cylinder diesel engine, in operating condition, with 42hp, block heater and 300-gallon fuel tank. The generator has been used approximately 1041 hours.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
