Item Description
This machine is a 1997 model year and was exclusively used in our municipal park. The tractor is 40 net HP and 34.5 PTO HP. The engine is a normally aspirated, 4 cylinder Shibaura diesel engine. Machine is 4 wheel drive and tires are approximately 25% tread remaining. Maintenance has been performed on regular basis. Factory manuals are included. Unit is serviced and ready for use. The engine has a slight internal knock not associated with normal diesel engine noise. The engine also has an intermittent miss. There are miscellaneous extra parts included. The hours listed are accurate at the time of the listing, however the tractor is still in use. This unit is sold on an as is/ where is basis with no written or implied warranties. Mower can be inspected Monday thru Friday from 7:00am – 3:30 pm. Contact Dave Wolford at 724-625-1636x220 to schedule time.
The sale of this equipment is scheduled to be approved at the Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for June 1, 2015 however the Board reserves the right to reject the bids at their discretion.
Machine must be picked up within 10 business days of notification from The Township of Pine that the winning bid was accepted by the Board of Supervisors.

It has a 3 range x 4 speed manual transmission with clutch and hydrostatic shuttle for forward and reverse which does not require the use of the clutch.

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
