Items offered for sale are available for inspection at the North Cornwall Township Building, 320 S. 18th Street, Lebanon, PA. Please call ahead at 717-273-9200 to provide notice of intent to inspect. Inspection hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (closed for major holidays).
Once bidding is final and closed, the information for this item will be presented to the North Cornwall Township Board of Supervisors at their regularly scheduled public meeting (September 04, 2012) for approval of sale. Accepted method of payment will include a Bank Check, Certified Check, Registered Check or Money Order. No Personal Checks or Cash will be accepted. All Transfer Fees for titled items will also be the financial responsibility of the buyer.
All items must be removed within (10) ten business days from the date of sale approval. Purchases will be released upon the receipt of payment as specified. Pick-up and removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items remaining longer than the listed (10) days are subject to a storage fee.
