Equipment is advertised for sale in an "as is/where is" condition and may be inspected at the Borough of West Chester Department of Public Works, 205 Lacey Street, West Chester, PA 19382 (phone# 610-696-5282) during regular business hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Successful bidder agrees to purchase the vehicle(s) with cash or certified check within ten (10) days of the bid award notice. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

| A: | This mower was coupled to a 1984 Ford 4610 Tractor, so we believe the HP rating was 50 NP. The flails are all intact and the unit does operate. |
