Successful bidder agrees to purchase the vehicle(s) with cash or certified check within ten (10) days of the bid award notice. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

| A: | The engine is in good condition and is reliable. Oil changes occurred every 3,000 miles. There is extensive frame rust, particularly the area between the cab and the bed. Transmission was installed at the local Ford dealership (Garnet Ford) |
