Successful bidder agrees to purchase the vehicle(s) with cash or certified check within ten (10) days of the bid award notice. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

| A: | Autocrane Model 3203 PRX, S.N.# 32034-497CG-0999. There are spots of surface rust but it is operational. Truck frame has no rust and is in good condition. Only the stake body structure is rusted. Other than being dirty, the interior is in good condition. Black rubber floor mat is intact, as is the grey vinyl dashboard. Vinyl bench seat is torn next to the driver's side door, but otherwise is satisfactory. |

| A: | No frame rust. The truck passes inspection with no particular areas of concern. No interior photos available, but the interior is in very good shape; dirty of course, but the grey vinyl dashboard is in excellent shape. Bench seat is dirty, and except for a torn area next to the driver's side door, it is satisfactory. Black rubber floor mat in intact. |
