Successful bidder agrees to purchase the vehicle(s) with cash or certified check within ten (10) days of the bid award notice. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

| A: | Overall the Taurus is in good condition. It passed inspection when it was placed out of service (about a year and a half ago). There is a power steering leak from one of the rack boots however. Also, it will need a battery. |
