Payment Details: Vehicles and other items may be inspected Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Township Public Works Department located at 66 Jackson Mills Road, Freehold, NJ. All vehicles must be paid in full at time of sale. Winning bidder will be notified immediately upon the completion of the auction, and all vehicles purchased must be paid by certified check or cash no later than five business days at the office of the Municipal Clerk, One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Unclaimed vehicles will be assessed a storage charge for every day they are housed after the five day period. All vehicles must be towed from the impound yard at cost to the winning bidder. After payment is received and documents issued to buyer by the Freehold Township Clerk, buyer must present documents to pick up vehicle at the Department of Public Works, located at 66 Jackson Mills Road between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday no later than July 26, 2012 .Vehicles may contain unknown defects. The actual operating condition is unknown. Mileage given is what is showing on the odometer and may or may not be correct. It is highly recommended to inspect all vehicles prior to bidding. All vehicles will be sold “as is” and all sales will be final upon completion of the auction.
