6-16' Wood Benches
All are located at 222 St. Louis St. Baton Rouge, La. 70802. Public viewing has been scheduled for June 11th & 12th, 2012. (Must Call 225-389-4965 to View)
There is no loading dock available to move merchandise however elevator access is available which measures 7 ½ ft in height and 7 ½ ft width and 12 ft diagonally. Stairs is also an option.
As there are some benches that exceed these measurements, it will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to determine necessary requirements needed and be responsible for all cost in moving awarded merchandise.
July 14th and 15th from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. has been designated as the scheduled pickup date and times.
Payment Details: Payment in full is due not later than 2 working days from the date of the end of the auction. An invoice for payment will be sent via e-mail. Payment shall be in the form of Wire transfer, Electronic Check or by mailing a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or U.S. Postal Money Order ONLY. Checks shall be made payable to: municibid. Payments must be mailed to: municibid.com 200 Barr Harbor Drive, Suite 4, PMB 4105, West Conshohocken, PA 19428 Postmarked no later the 2 working days from the date of the invoice for the award. Instructions for payment may also be found at pay.municibid.com. Please note: It may take 3 to 5 days to process your payment once it is received.

I have not received any confirmation of payment. Do I need a confirmation of payment in writing prior to picking up the items on Saturday? Please let me know.
