7 foot 6 inch RD Fisher Minute Mount Snow Plow.
Town of Buckland, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Item being sold "As Is" basis. So please be sure to inspect the equipment.
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later that seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Town reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Town of Buckland in the form of cashier's check, certified check, or money order, made payable to Town of Buckland, 17 State Street, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

| A: | The plow is located behind the police station at 69 1/2 Conway Street in Buckland. It can be viewed there. |

| A: | It came off a 2000 GMC Sierra Z71 4x4 used by the Highway Superintendent. It is a Minute Mount snow plow so it would use their mounting system. |
