- This item is available for inspection at the East Whiteland Township Municipal Building located at 209 Conestoga Road, Frazer, PA 19355 between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday. Any questions, contact William Steele at 610-648-0600 X-211.
- All vehicles will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made.
- Approval of sale will be made at the East Whiteland Township Board of Supervisors' regularly scheduled public meeting (November 9, 2011).
- All Transfer Fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Accepted methods of payment include certified check or money order. Full payment must be received by East Whiteland Township within ten (10) business days of notice of award.
- All items must be removed from Township property within five (5) business days of payment.
- East Whiteland Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.

| A: | The motor is not blown, but the Police Department said there are motor problems and also transfer case problems. The motor turns over with a jumper box. |
