Worcester Township, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Item(s) being sold on an “As Is” basis.
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Worcester Township in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to the Worcester Township, 1721 Valley Forge Road, Box 767, Worcester Pa 19490. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up any item(s). Delivery is not available. Township is not responsible for item(s) once it has left township property.
Item(s) can be picked up at the township office located at 1721Valley Forge Road, Worcester PA 19490.
Bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled Supervisors Work Session Meeting scheduled for September 6, 2011.
