You are bidding on approximately 25 Back Belts of varying sizes, mostly medium.
The County of Montgomery, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Bidder may inspect the vehicle at Parkhouse Providence Point, 1600 Black Rock Road, Royersford, PA 19468. Contact Bob Moyer, 610-792-2213, bmoyer@montcopa.org to schedule an appointment between 7 AM and 3 PM, M-F. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) working days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the County reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to the County of Montgomery in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to the Treasurer, County of Montgomery, C/O Montgomery County Purchasing Department, P.O. Box 311, OMP, Swede & Airy Streets, Suite 702, Norristown, PA 19404-0311. Successful bidder shall remove vehicle within five (5) days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The County reserves the right to reject any bids received and award to the vendor of its choice. Employees of the County and their immediate relatives may not bid.
