Bids must be received by 1:00 PM,Wednesday,September 15th 2010. Payment to the Township in the full amount of the successful bid cash, cashier’s check, money order or certified check shall be made within fifteen (15) days of notice from the Township of Hempfield awarding of bid. Successful bidder must remove item from The Hempfield Township Building within 15 (fifteen) days of the awarding of the bid. Hempfield Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
