- Steel Room Model WE-9 9' wide, 9' tall, 12' long
  - Booth control 120V
- Double Entry Door 8' x 8'
- Bolted and Welded together.
- UAS Dust Collector Model MCB-03-H
  - Wired for 480V 3 Phase
- Marco 6 CU FT Blast Pot
- Originally installed in 2005 at a cost of approximately $50,000.
Winning Bidder is responsible for ALL disassembly and removal.
- Located next to garage door to remove after disassembly.
- All utilities have already been disconnected from the unit.

- Winning bidder must submit the following certificate of insurance (COI) prior to picking up item.
  - Workers Compensation
    - Statutory: and Employers Liability
      - $100,000 per accident
      - $500,000 disease policy limit
      - $100,000 disease each employee
  - Commercial General Liability
    - $1,000,000 per occurrence including.
      - $1,000,000 bodily injury/property damage
      - $1,000,000 personal/advertising injury
      - $2,000,000 general aggregate
      - $2,000,000 products/completed operations aggregate.
      - Business Automobile Liability - $1,000,000 combined single limit for any vehicle
    - LCTI shall be named as additional insured on policies for Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability and Umbrella Liability.
      
      When permitted by the policy, LCTI shall be named as an additional insured on the Professional Liability policy.
    - Please ask any questions prior to placing bids or to review field conditions. Winning bidder is responsible for familiarizing themselves with field conditions and the scope of work to remove item.

A:	The item functioned the last time it was used. Approximately 10 years ago. UAS Dust Collector Model MCB-03-H. Only items shown in the photo are included. I encourage all bidders to take a look at the item prior to bidding to determine the process of removing. -Answered on 05/15/2024 11:37 AM

Our Buyers Fees

Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
