Item Description

Twelve material covered large ex-board room chairs - non smoking and pet free. All chairs are structurally strong with good support - nothing broken. All chairs recline and roll as they should. Four heavy chrome spoke leg with swivel casters. Seat width is wide and has high back for larger people. One chair has a stain on seat (see photo) and one chair cover material is worn through (see photo). The remainder of chairs are in good shape - please view photos.

Pickup Location Details	Buyer must remove auction equipment/item(s) from the Authorities premises at a mutually agreed upon time between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday thru Friday within ten (10) business days after the date of auction closure. Successful bidders are responsible for packing and removing and transporting all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website. If buyer fails to remove the equipment/item(s) within the specified time, the Authority reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and/or (2) to dispose of the equipment/item(s) through another auction or otherwise dispose such items.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
