Item Description
This machine is a 2018 model year and was exclusively used in our municipal park. The tractor is 50 net HP. The engine is a turbocharged, 3 cylinder diesel engine, manual transmission and electrically actuated PTO. Machine is 4 wheel drive, rear tires are like new and front tires are approximately 50% tread remaining. Maintenance has been performed on regular basis. Factory manuals are included. Unit is serviced and ready for use. This machine ha been used exclusively to mow grass in the township park. See current listing for 2009 Lastec mower for matching package used. This tractor does not include a loader or any other attachments with the purchase. The Township is selling this unit as it has evolved to a different style of mowing equipment to better serve the needs with continued upgrades in our municipal park. This unit is sold on an as is where is basis with no written or implied warranties. Tractor can be inspected Monday thru Friday from 7:00am – 3:30 pm. The sale of this equipment is scheduled to be approved at the Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for May 20, 2024 however the Board reserves the right to reject the bids at their discretion.
Machine must be picked up within 10 business days of notification from The Township of Pine that the winning bid was accepted by the Board of Supervisors.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
